Gable roof, pavilion roof or flat roof? Regarding their functionality, they are as safe as houses. Flat roofs offer many advantages: in autumn and winter you can easily and safely handle annual maintenance work of cleaning of leaves and snow, as well as the chimney and antennas from you SAT-system…

…Instead of conventional grit serving as the top-protection layer, in case of snow and heavy rain the elastic mats with their bonded system and drainage channels offer a welcome solution with relative ease and cost-effectively. The material consists of recycled tire granulate bound with PU-binder. The advantage of these elastic mats are made up of their quality with respect to their resistance to temperatures between -40°C and +80°C steadily - up to +110°C at a short notice.
Furthermore the heat-insulting mats are weather-proof and UV-resistant, rot-proof, permeable to water and completely eco-friendly, as well as guaranteeing easy installation.

These elastic mats offer a broad operational range as they are relevant exactly in those places where shock-absorbing, elastic characters are favoured, but not necessarily essential – just like on roof terraces; mechanical capacitance is produced from certain layers (as shown in the graphic below) whereby the utilization of the rooftop gets possible – for example in form of a green or terrace roof.

Thanks to the very easy installation through the sticking down of the bottom or by using the bonding system (with connection pins) the elastic mats are particularly suitable for self-made builders who want to save on labour, time as well as money.
